MailZone is currently in a pre-launch phase. These Terms describe how the website and address-reservation form work today, and the terms that will apply once paid plans go live. Where this page refers to "MailZone", "we", "us" or "our", this currently refers to the pre-launch operating team behind MailZone; full legal entity details will be published here once the service exits pre-launch.

1. Current Status of the Service

MailZone's paid email hosting service is not yet live. This website is informational and allows visitors to reserve a desired address ahead of launch. No email accounts are created, no payment is collected, and no service is delivered through this website at this stage.

2. Address Reservations

Submitting the reservation form on this website expresses interest in a specific address and plan. A reservation is not a contract, does not guarantee that the address will remain available, and does not create a billing relationship. We do not charge any payment method through this form — none is requested.

3. When Paid Plans Launch

Once MailZone opens for paid accounts, separate terms covering subscription billing, currency, applicable taxes, cancellation, refunds and acceptable use will apply to that service and will be published on this page in advance of billing going live.

4. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to:

Submit the reservation form using another person's identity without authorization;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website or any connected systems;
Use automated tools to scrape content or submit reservations at scale;
Use this website for any unlawful purpose.

5. Prohibited Jurisdictions

We do not intend to offer the MailZone service to individuals or entities located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States (including OFAC-administered programs), or the United Nations, or where doing so would violate applicable export control or sanctions law.

6. Intellectual Property

The MailZone name, logo, and the content of this website are the property of the team operating MailZone and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the availability or eventual features of the MailZone service once launched.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information about the future MailZone service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We will update these Terms as MailZone moves out of pre-launch, including adding full legal entity details, governing law, and the billing terms referenced in Section 3. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
