Before you ask, a few honest answers.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing; annual plans are prepaid for the year but can still be cancelled to stop renewal.

Do you offer refunds?

See our Terms and Refund handling in the Terms of Service. In short: billing errors and technical failures on our side are refundable; change-of-mind after usage generally is not.

Is there a free trial?

Not at this stage — pricing above reflects our launch plans. This may change as MailZone comes out of its current pre-launch setup.

What currency is this in?

All prices are in Euros (EUR). Any applicable VAT will be shown separately at checkout once billing is live.
