This Privacy Policy explains how the team currently operating MailZone ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with this pre-launch website, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
The address-reservation form on this website collects: your full name, your desired address handle, your contact email address, and your selected plan of interest. No payment or financial information is requested or collected anywhere on this website.
Important note on current functionality: at this stage of pre-launch, the reservation form is a front-end preview of how reservations will work. It does not currently transmit submitted data to a server or database — submitting it displays a confirmation message locally in your browser. This will change once reservation processing goes live, at which point this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe exactly what is stored and how.
If you email us directly at [email protected], we receive whatever personal data you include in that email and use it to respond to you.
Our hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data for each request (IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamp) for security and diagnostic purposes. This is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
